2. Plant Nature and Variations

As we deal in living indoor plants, please acknowledge the following conditions before making a purchase:

• All plants are living organisms and naturally vary in size, shape, and color from the display photographs on our website.
• Minor leaf imperfections are normal and do not indicate poor plant health.
• Growth rates and future plant health are dependent on the care, lighting, and environmental conditions provided in your home or office.

3. Orders and Delivery

We currently accept orders for delivery primarily within Bengaluru and surrounding regions in Karnataka. All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Delivery schedules are estimates. While we take every precaution to ensure your plants arrive safely, Verdant Spaces is not liable for minor delays caused by local traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical challenges.

4. Returns and Replacements

Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we do not accept general returns or offer refunds for changes of mind. If your plant arrives severely damaged or in poor condition due to our handling, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may require photographic evidence to process a replacement or a store credit.

Non-plant items (such as ceramic pots and tools) may be returned within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

All content published on this website, including but not limited to text, plant care guides, photography, graphics, and logos, is the property of Verdant Spaces. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this material is prohibited without our prior written consent.
